Q: Is your sauna private?

A: YES. The sauna is located in a private room where you can relax.

 

Q: What should I wear in the sauna? 

A: Something minimal like a bathing suit. You want to be able to sweat freely since your pores are open.

 

Q: Do you provide shower?

A: Yes. BUT we recommend waiting at least an hour to shower as it allows the body to continue to sweat out.

 

Q: How long does it take for my core body temperature to return to normal?

A: It is normal for the body to take as much an hour to return to its regular temperature. This is why the body continues to sweat after the sauna is finished.

 

Q: Can I bring a friend?

A: Yes. Always share good deeds with friends. 

 

Q: How often can I use the sauna?

A: You should base your frequency on your personal health and wellness goals. Sauna can be taken daily. Three times a week is recommended for a steady detoxifying regime.

 

Q: What should I do in the sauna

A: Taking a sauna is the best time to relax. We provide music and magazines. Feel free to bring along your own CD's or reading materials. It is a great time to meditate too.

 

Q: Is weight loss only WATER?

A: To your surprise, your water percentage in body will raise after sauna, Fact shows process of burning calories, which is carbohydrate (CHO) will create waste product of water (H2O) in the body. Therefore, you lose actual weight in Far InfraRed Sauna.

 

Q: How much water should I drink?

A: Plenty. Bring along water into your sauna room. Electrolytes drinks also helpful.

 

Q: What if I don't sweat a lot?

A: Don't worry. For some people, it may takes a few sessions before the body really begins to sweat profusely.
