Tennis Elbow on dominant & non dominant hand



A medium-aged lady came to consult me regarding her bilateral tennis elbow. First happened on her left elbow, which is her non-dominant hand, unknown reason, normally pain in midnight; and lately, right elbow starts paining, until unable to shake hand and grasp cup. Lateral epicondylitis test shows positive for the both hands, much more severe on the right hand. However, posture analysis of shoulder blades’ position shows left protracted scapula with sign of ULTT positive on left arm.


This tells that, although both are tennis elbows, but clinically both epicondylitis happen with different reasons….
